1. About the Course

AI App Development Masterclass is a pre-recorded online course that teaches Flutter app development, Firebase integration, AI tools, and Play Store publishing. The course is delivered entirely via video recordings and supporting materials. There are no live sessions or real-time interactions unless explicitly stated as a separate offering.

2. Eligibility

To purchase and access this course, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Course Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified on the product page (currently 3 Months as indicated at purchase).
• Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if we determine that account credentials are being shared or misused.
• Course content may be updated, added to, or removed at our discretion to keep it current.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to videos, source code, templates, written materials, and graphics — is the intellectual property of AI App Development Masterclass and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own personal and educational use.

You may NOT:

• Download, copy, or reproduce any course videos or materials for distribution
• Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your course access to any other person
• Use course content to create competing products or training materials
• Upload any course content to YouTube, social media, or any other platform

5. Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Cashfree.
• Your purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed and your course access is activated.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers under any circumstances. As this is a recorded digital course, immediate access to content is granted upon purchase, and the digital nature of the product makes refunds not applicable. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality content, we do not guarantee that the course will meet all your expectations or produce specific outcomes. 8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
